Koogiaeg! See kook on üks mu lemmikuid. Enamasti on mul külmkapis kreeka jogurt olemas, kuna sellest saab veel mitmeid maitsvaid magustoite valmistada ning ka selle koogi teised koostisosad on kindlasti paljudel kodus olemas. Täna tahtsin produktiivne olla ning tegin suisa nii, et valmistasin taigna, panin selle ahju ja samal ajal kui kook ahjus küpses tegin ühe 40-minutilise jooksutiiru. Kui jooksmast tagasi jõudsin, ootas mind kodus ees imeline koogilõhn.

NB! Solarise toidupoes müüakse Saksamaa firma Ehrmann mooni-martsipani jogurtit. Olen teinud seda kooki kreeka jogurti asemel ka sellega ning martsipani armastajatele nagu mina on tulemus lihtsalt jumalik, kui kõhtu oleks mahtunud oleksin kohapeal terve koogi ära söönud.


Cake time! This is one of my favourites! I usually have greek yoghurt in my fridge, because there are many easy ways to make desserts out of it. But also the other contents of this cake are usually available and ready in a kitchen. Today I wanted to be productive, so I made the cake dough, put it in the oven and at the same time the cake was baking I made a 40-minutes running session. When I arrived from running an aroma of fresh cake was waiting for me, just amazing.

NB! In Tallinn, solaris food store has the marzipan-poppy seed yoghurt in stock from the German company Ehrmann. I made the same cake with this yoghurt instead of the greek yoghurt and for marzipan lovers like me it was heavenly. If I could, I would have eaten the whole cake at once.

Vaja läheb:/You’ll need:

  • 250 grammi kreeka jogurtit/ greek yoghurt
  • 3 muna/ eggs
  • 112 grammi toiduõli/ oil
  • 150 g suhkrut/ sugar (Kui teed kooki mooni-martsipani jogurtiga, vähenda suhkru kogust 100 grammini./If you make the cake with marzipan-poppy seed yoghurt, decrease the amount of sugar to 100 grams.)
  • 180 grammi jahu/ flour
  • 1 tl küpsetuspulbrit/ 1 tsp baking powder
  • mustikaid ja virsikupoolikuid/ blueberries and peach halves

Kuumuta ahi 180 kraadini.

Vahusta munad kergelt vahtu. Lisa munadele õli, suhkur ja jogurt ning sega ühtlaseks seguks. Lisa jahu ning küpsetuspulber ja sega taaskord ühtlaseks.

Kalla 1/3 taignast küpsetuspaberiga vooderdatud koogivormi põhja. Aseta põhjale virsikupoolikud ja mustikad. Vala peale ülejäänud 2/3 taignast.

Küpseta kooki ahjus 35-40 minutit või kuni kook on pealt kuldpruun.


Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

In a bowl, using a mixer, lightly beat the eggs, add oil, sugar and yoghurt and beat until smooth. Add flour and baking powder and beat until well combined.

Pour 1/3 of the dough into the cake pan lined with baking parchment. Put the peach halves and blueberries onto the dough. Pour the other 2/3 of the dough into the cake pan.

Bake 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
